Processing Your Order:
B & S Sports makes every effort to ship out your sock order the same day if it is placed by 12pm central time Monday-Friday. If we are unable to get your socks shipped the same day they will ship out the following business day.
A business day is considered Monday-Friday. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or any U.S. National Holiday your items will ship the next regular business day.
Delivery Times and Pricing:
We are not in business to make money off of shipping. We did want to make shipping charges simple and understandable.
- FREE GROUND SHIPPING is available on all orders of $75.00 or higher
- Below is base shipping cost based on 1-6 pairs of socks.
- If ordering more than 6 pairs of socks shipping costs will be adjusted.
- Because of weight restrictions the Standard Shipping option is only available for orders of 1-6 pairs of socks
- Changes to the delivery method can not be changed after your order has been processed.
- We use USPS (postal service) or UPS depending on which one provides the best/quickest delivery to our customers.
**There is a $5.00 service charge added to our standard shipping rate for orders under 6 socks
A 2-day or overnight delivery are considered rush deliveries. If an order is placed before 12pm central time it usually will ship out the same day. If placed after 12pm central time the order will ship out the following business day. If you place a rush delivery before 12pm central time and the order is unable to ship that same day we will contact you via e-mail. In that situation a change to the delivery method can be changed.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so a valid physical address is needed. USPS does ship to PO Boxes but the physical address of the PO Box location is also required. The best way to put PO and the number in the apartment number section or notes on the checkout page. If a valid shipping address isn’t entered we will contact you via e-mail. Verifying the shipping address will delay the shipping of your socks until the issue is corrected.
A tracking code is not automatically available. You will receive an e-mail letting you know when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your order within the number of days listed above after you receive that e-mail please contact us. We will then get a tracking number to verify where your order is located. USPS does not provide a tracking number for the Standard Post shipping method. All other USPS shipping methods will have a tracking code if one is requested.
Shipping Delays Out of Our Control
B & S Sports is not responsible and will not issue refunds because shipping delays out of control. Example of these delays include weather, incorrect shipping address, credit card transaction or anything else that we don’t have control over.
