Ordering


Payment Options
B & S Sports accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal. Debit cards are welcome but before making any large purchase, you may want to check with your card issuer to make sure you do not exceed your card’s daily or transnational limit. Please contact us for all purchase order inquiries

Order Verification
All orders placed through bssportssocks.com are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order.

In order to guard against fraudulent activity, B & S Sports must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time of your order.
If you’re shipping address is different than your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card issuer to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card issuer about your the shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card issuer about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process.

Order Confirmation
A confirmation will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If the confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact us to verify if your order had been received.
You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from orders@bssportssocks.com.

We will never share your email address with an unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate. Click here to see our privacy policy.

Order Processing Time
B & S Sports makes every attempt to have all orders placed before 12pm CST processed and shipped the same day. In most situations product in stock will be shipped out the same day. In some situations a product shipment might be delayed by a day. If a product is out of stock you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Refer to the order acceptance section on how out of stock situations are handled. Orders may also be delayed if we experience any issues with processing your credit card information. Please make sure certain you provide correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number and Security Code. For security reasons B & S Sports might also contact you to verify your purchase. This is done to prevent security issues for our customers.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Due to our incredibly fast order processing times, once your order is placed we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Please double check your order and make sure all the information is correct before placing your order.

Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has passed our verification process, the shipping address cannot be changed if it is different than the billing address. This process takes 30 minutes to an hour. You may cancel the existing order, provided that it hasn’t been processed for shipping, and place a new order with a different shipping address.

Order Acceptance
Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through bssportssocks.com does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. B & S Sports reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time.
Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. B & S Sports may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Taxes
B & S Sports will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of Texas, or to any other state as required by law. If your credit card billing address is in the state of Texas and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. Tax rate is based on the location of B & S Sports.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which B & S Sports collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the https://bssportssocks.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by B & S Sports.

Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site-place an order-fill out a form-subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Compliance with children’s online privacy protection act
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies
Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

How we use collected information
B & S Sports collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • To process transactions
    We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • To send periodic emails
    The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Changes to this privacy policy
B & S Sports has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page,. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Shipping

Processing Your Order:
B & S Sports makes every effort to ship out your sock order the same day if it is placed by 12pm central time Monday-Friday. If we are unable to get your socks shipped the same day they will ship out the following business day.

A business day is considered Monday-Friday. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or any U.S. National Holiday your items will ship the next regular business day.

Delivery Times and Pricing:
We are not in business to make money off of shipping. We did want to make shipping charges simple and understandable.

  • FREE GROUND SHIPPING is available on all orders of $75.00 or higher
  • Below is base shipping cost based on 1-6 pairs of socks. In some situations a processing fee is added for orders of 1-6 pairs of socks
  • If ordering more than 6 pairs of socks shipping costs will be adjusted.
  • Because of weight restrictions the Standard Shipping option is only available for orders of 1-6 pairs of socks
  • Changes to the delivery method can not be changed after your order has been processed.
  • We use USPS (postal service) or UPS depending on which one provides the best/quickest delivery to our customers.


Rush Deliveries
A 2-day or overnight delivery are considered rush deliveries. If an order is placed before 12pm central time it usually will ship out the same day. If placed after 12pm central time the order will ship out the following business day. If you place a rush delivery before 12pm central time and the order is unable to ship that same day we will contact you via e-mail. In that situation a change to the delivery method can be changed.

PO Boxes
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so a valid physical address is needed. USPS does ship to PO Boxes but the physical address of the PO Box location is also required. The best way to put PO and the number in the apartment number section or notes on the checkout page. If a valid shipping address isn't entered we will contact you via e-mail. Verifying the shipping address will delay the shipping of your socks until the issue is corrected.

Tracking Information
A tracking code is not automatically available. You will receive an e-mail letting you know when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your order within the number of days listed above after you receive that e-mail please contact us. We will then get a tracking number to verify where your order is located. USPS does not provide a tracking number for the Standard Post shipping method. All other USPS shipping methods will have a tracking code if one is requested.

Shipping Delays Out of Our Control
B & S Sports is not responsible and will not issue refunds because shipping delays out of control. Example of these delays include weather, incorrect shipping address, credit card transaction or anything else that we don't have control over.

Returns and Warranty

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can simply return the item within 30 days of purchase. All return items must be in their original condition. This includes all tags and in the original packaging. This will insure a prompt refund.

  • To start the return process visit our Request Return page.
  • Choose your order and submit the information.
  • We will process your request quickly.
  • Once we receive your request and it has been processed you will be issued an RA#.
  • This number needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the package you return.
  • We do not offer a prepaid return shipping option for returned items at this time.
  • What we do is refund the entire amount including any shipping cost that you might have been charged.

Warranty Policy
All socks have a 30 day guaranteed against defects in material and construction according to the manufacturer's warranty.

  • The manufacturer's warranty will not cover mishandling or uncommon abuse to the socks.
  • Defective socks will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size.
  • To start the warranty process visit our Request Warranty page.
  • Choose your order and submit the information.
  • We will process your request quickly.
  • Once we receive your request and it has been processed you will be issued an RA#.
  • This number needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the package you return.
  • We do not offer a prepaid return shipping option for warranty items at this time.
  • Gift Cards are not included in the warranty policy.
  • Gift Cards are purchased as-is
